If you are not satisfied with HarborOS Pro, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date. Refunds for renewals are handled on a case-by-case basis at Stripe's discretion.
02How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all HarborOS purchases. To request a refund:
- Visit stripe.com and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@harboros.co and we'll initiate the refund with Stripe on your behalf.
03Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Billing page in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
